Service Description

At Raven Plus Electric, we believe in providing professional, reliable electrical service with clear and upfront pricing. Our service-call rates are structured so customers understand the cost before work begins. Standard Service Call — $200 Minimum Our standard service call is $200 and includes up to the first two (2) hours of service. The service call may include: Initial evaluation of the electrical concern Troubleshooting and diagnostic testing Identifying the source of the electrical problem Minor repairs that can be completed within the included service time Professional recommendations for additional repairs, when necessary The $200 service-call minimum covers up to two hours total. It is not $200 per hour. Additional Labor — $195 Per Hour If the service requires more than two hours to complete, additional labor is billed at $195 per hour after the initial two-hour service period. If we determine that the work will require additional time, extensive repairs, specialty materials, or a larger scope of work, we will communicate this with you before proceeding whenever reasonably possible. Materials & Additional Costs The service-call rate covers labor as described above. Materials, replacement parts, permits, specialty equipment, and other project-specific expenses are not included unless specifically stated in your estimate or invoice. If additional materials or work are required, we will explain the recommended repair and associated costs so you can make an informed decision. Example If your electrical service takes 1 hour, the service-call charge is $200. If your electrical service takes 2 hours, the service-call charge is $200. If your electrical service takes 3 hours, the labor charge would be $395: $200 for the first two hours + $195 for the additional hour.
